The Ariston's GL-4 is a tankless water heater suitable for homes, restaurants, offices and hotels. It has a four gallon storage capacity with enough power to to supply hot water to two sinks. The biggest advantage of the Bosch Ariston GL-4 mini-tank point of use water heater is that it does not require you to set up long costly recirculating pipes and pumps like some other tankless water heaters. You just need to tap into your usual cold water line and turn on the faucet for hot water on demand. This tankless water heater unit can deliver hot water within a very short wait and heating time is excellent and consistent.
The disadvantage of this heater is that it is not exactly 'tankless'. It has a four gallon tank to contain the water. So while some tankless water heater measures the size of a rim of A4 paper, this one can be considerd a little big and awkward for a tankless heater. So you probably have to make some space for this heater if you are installing it under the kitchen sink.
